3 UK has announced plans to launch a new mobile Wi-Fi device in time for Christmas, aimed at providing devices such as the iPod Touch with access to the 3 network from any location.

UK mobile network 3 is to sell advertising space within its mobile broadband ‘dashboard’ to 3rd parties, a move the company says will provide advertisers with access to more than 1m mobile broadband users.

Mobile network 3 is giving away 1,000 mobile broadband dongles and to have a chance of winning one all you have to do is visit http://www.three.co.uk/biggiveaway – 1,000 randomly selected visitors will then be selected to receive one of their latest ZTE MF627 modems.
