Latest Asus Eee announced
ASUS has announced the Eee PC 1002HA, the newest member of its award-winning family of UMPCs.
Boasting a stylishly redesigned chassis adorned with a brushed aluminum LCD cover and palm rest, Asus describes the 1002HA as “a sophisticated, lightweight, easy-to-use netbook that brings a touch of elegance and utility to everyday computing.”
Weighing just 1.2kg with the battery attached and measuring in at only 1-inch thick, the 1002HA has a 10” LED-backlit display, built-in webcam and 802.11n wireless connectivity.
Users can also read and write various storage media via the Eee PC™ 1002HA, with its built-in 4-in-1 card reader capable of reading MMC, SD, Memory Stick and MS-PRO media formats.
